TwilouraX specializes in museum-quality, made-to-order educational posters.

Because each poster is printed specifically for your order:

  • Product availability may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process.

We strive to represent every product as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will perfectly match the final printed product.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain inaccurate billing or shipping information.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency selected during your shopping experience.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and trusted payment providers such as PayPal. TwilouraX does not store your payment credentials.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Every TwilouraX poster is printed on demand after your order is placed.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

While we work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Because every poster is produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the incorrect size
  • Slight color variations caused by monitor settings

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy so we can assist you.
